When running a batch with my action that converts cmyk EPS files to cmyk TIF files, photoshop opens my files as RGB. Any way around this?

Are the images definitely CMYK pixel content?
What are your Action steps (screenshot)?
Have you tried using Image Processor?
I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
